Canceling an Order:
Any order that needs to be canceled must be submitted before 2:00PM Pacific time. After the order has left our facility, the account will be subject to all shipping fees.
To ensure that you are receiving the correct products, all orders are double checked by our warehouse manager prior to shipping out. Any shortages must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the products.
All shipping claims must be done immediately. Make sure to document all damages by taking photos of the package in all possible angles and views. All damaged shipments must be kept for inspection and all damaged products must be available during business operation.
All returns must be supplemented by an official Speed & Performance Parts RMA form. Any returns without this form will be returned to the account as COD shipping charge. Any defective product sent after the Speed & Performance 90-day warranty on electronic components will not be accepted, including the 6-month warranty on all other non-electronic components. Certain items sent back after 90-days of notice will be subjected to a 20% restocking fee.
All electronic components have a 90-day limited warranty; non-electronic components have 6-month limited warranty.
Only the original wholesaler or purchaser of this product is covered under limited warranty.
This limited warranty is not transferrable to subsequent purchase or owner of this product.
This limited warranty does not cover any damages, deterioration or malfunction resulting from any alteration, modification, improper maintenance, misuse, accident, neglect, exposure to excess moisture, fire, improper shipping, lightning, power surges, or other acts of nature.
This limited warranty does not cover any damages, deterioration or malfunction resulting from the installation or removal of this product from any installation, any unauthorized tampering with this product, any repairs attempted by anyone unauthorized by Speed & Performance Parts to make such repairs or any other cause which does not relate directly to a defect in materials and/or workmanship of this product.
This limited warranty does not cover additional equipment, enclosures, cables, or accessories used in conjunction with this product.
